Are your prices going to be better than Disney's?
Maybe. We use the same system as Disney, although sometimes we may find a better deal for you.
Why should I book with you instead of Disney directly?
We constantly monitor your reservations to get you the best prices available. If something better comes along we modify your reservation to give you the best price! Once you book with Disney, they don't always contact you if something better comes along.
What else can you help me with?
We are here to help you plan the perfect vacation for your family. We are here to help suggest and plan all of your dining reservations, plan little extras for your little ones from Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique to Pirates League, get your Memory Maker at a discount before you travel, check out the Keys to the World tour, set up Disney's Magical Express to pick you up from the airport and so much more!!! Our MVP's will be here for you every step of the way...whether you are a seasoned Disney vet or a first time traveler, we have suggestions for everyone!
You say your services are 100% FREE, how true is that? Are there hidden fees I'm not seeing?
Not at all. All travel companies pays all travel agencies a set commission. Once you come back from traveling they will pay us, it's not part of your package. If you book directly through the travel company, they keep their own commission.
What if I already made reservations with Disney, can I still transfer to you and get your help?
Maybe. If you booked less than 30 days ago and your reservation isn't paid in full you can still transfer.
When is the best time to book?
The earlier the better especially with cruises. The earlier you book the better chance you have at getting the room you want. The longer you wait they can get booked and the more expensive rooms/views be alwill l that's left, leaving you to pay more. With WDW you can begin making ADR's (Advanced Dining Reservations) 180 days from your travel date and with DL you can begin making ADR's 60 days before travel.
Are there interest or finance charges if I don't pay in full when I book?
Not at all. Disney requires a $200 deposit to hold a reservation, after that you can make as many payments as you want starting at $20. The amount you are given at the time of your deposit is the amount you pay so if you pay it all in full at the beginning or you pay it over time, the price is still the same. Disney requires all vacation packages be paid within 30 days of travel.
How do I know your site/company is legit and not some sort of scam?
We are an Authorized Disney Agency, we work directly with Disney and have great client feedback! Once you are assigned a MVP from our company to help you with your trip, you will have their email and phone to access whenever you have any questions. All payments on your credit/debit card will always come directly through Disney and won't ever say MouseHunters Travel.
